Position Overview
As an Operations Coordinator at Ednovate you will be responsible for driving operational excellence at your school site to ensure that the school is safe and efficient with resources readily available and aligned to educational priorities to enable the highest level of learning. You will complete tasks across all aspects of school operations so that school leaders and teachers can focus their time on students families and instruction. This role is an exciting opportunity for an organized flexible team-oriented individual looking to create positive multigenerational change in a collaborative results-oriented environment. This is a full-time exempt role that reports to the Dean of Operations.
What Youll Do
Drive operational excellence. Meet all school and network goals for operations by executing on systems and processes across all school operations functions. Serve on a cross-functional attendance team to drive the schools attendance goals by supporting with daily attendance procedures. Prepare assessment materials and coordinate make up tests. Manage mid-year student transfers and coordinate enrollment events for prospective families. Conduct facilities walkthroughs and submit maintenance requests as needed. Execute on inventory supply requests and ordering and cash receipts and deposits. Support processes for first aid medications and immunizations order daily and field trip meals ensure accurate daily meal counts and collect Alternate Income Forms by the fall deadline. Manage and track Chromebooks triage Chromebook repairs coordinate with the Tech Support team for external repairs support teachers with classroom technology such as Apple TV and projectors and support students with password resets.
Provide top-notch customer service. Serve as backup to the Ops Assistant in providing warm timely support to staff students visitors and families so they have a high-quality experience in every interaction. Lead day-to-day communications with families using Parentsquare and coordinate logistics for parent meetings.
Maintain operational compliance. Support with reporting for student records attendance and finances to charter authorizer and state. Maintain accuracy of student data throughout the school year ensuring student files are complete and up to date and support preparation for Report Card Pickup. Follow all operational processes (including those for finance safety data and communication) with fidelity to meet authorizer state federal and audit requirements.

Were Looking For
Bachelors degree required
Experience working in school operations preferred
Fluency in written and spoken Spanish preferred
