Job Description

People Administration Specialist

The Opportunity:

Are you an experienced Administration Specialist ideally with knowledge of employment contracts employee correspondence and reporting Were seeking a proactive individual to join our People and Safety Team to cover leave and other project commitments and support our teams in Talent Acquisition People Experience and Organisational Development.

What Youll Do:

  • Manage and respond to employment-related requests efficiently.
  • Set up and manage accurate employee files.
  • Manage the employee visa register and ensure compliance with work rights.
  • Assist with general administration and onboarding support for the Talent team.

Who Were Looking For:

  • Some experience in HR or a related role with a strong understanding of HR practices and an interest in pursuing a career in the field.
  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for organisation and prioritisation.
  • A proactive attitude enthusiastic approach and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
