Location: Longview WA
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities
- Design and manage civil infrastructure and site development projects across diverse sectors.
- Lead technical tasks and coordinate with clients regulatory agencies consultants and contractors.
- Prepare detailed engineering plans reports cost estimates permit applications and technical documentation.
- Oversee design work for utilities stormwater management roads and site improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff fostering professional development.
- Support business development efforts and help maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes regulations and quality standards throughout project lifecycles.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Civil Engineering Skills Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) registration.
- Minimum 8 years of civil engineering experience preferably with public and private utilities stormwater roads and site development projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.
- Experience working with public agencies permitting processes and funding coordination.
- Strong organizational communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
