Client Relations Manager

Purpose of the role:

As Client Relations Manager youll play a central role in connecting poker players and communities in Estonia as well as in our key markets Finland Sweden Denmark and the UK with everything Chesterfield Poker Club (CPC) has to offer. Youll manage outreach to both small and large groups coordinate and sell multi-day promotional packages (including travel accommodation and poker experiences) and serve as the first point of contact for all client enquiries.

How you will contribute:

• Be the go-to contact for all group and corporate enquiries from poker players planning a weekend trip to companies looking for unique team experiences.
• Design and manage poker weekend packages for small to mid-sized groups including accommodation events and tournament entry.
• Coordinate and attend poker events leagues and festivals including key regulars like WinTV CH500 Ladies League and Coolbet Live.
• Maintain and update the tournament and cash game schedule across LetsPoker and the CPC website ensuring everything runs smoothly and is always up to date.
• Promote events and special offers via personal outreach digital channels and community networks youll know where to reach poker players and what kind of messaging resonates.
• Connect with poker players on their level ideally youre a current or former player yourself who understands the community the mindset and the unwritten rules.
• Gather feedback from members and visitors to improve our offerings services and customer experience your insight will directly shape CPCs strategy.
• Collaborate with the wider team on new ideas promotions and ways to strengthen CPCs position as the top poker destination in the region.

Who we are looking for:

Were looking for someone who knows the poker scene especially the Estonian market and thrives in a fast-paced people-focused environment.

Youre a strong communicator in both English and Estonian with a personable proactive attitude and the confidence to connect with guests players and partners.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A natural sense for what engages players and keeps them coming back.
• Experience in outreach coordination or sales.
• Ability to juggle tasks from event logistics to tournament schedules.
