Were looking for a working student to join our talent acquisition team at Turba. If you want to get hands-on with tech recruiting and like figuring out how the right people end up in the right roles this is the role for you!
Tasks
- Help with Active Sourcing on LinkedIn & other platforms
- Support the full recruiting process from first message to final offer
- Work closely with our engineering team to understand what were actually hiring for (beyond the job titles)
- Keep track of job posts and candidate pipelines without dropping any threads
Requirements
- Already dipped your toes into recruiting in an internship or working student role (tech recruiting is a big plus!)
- Currently studying in the field of HR Psychology Business or in a tech-related program
- You write and communicate clearly even when things get a bit technical
- You enjoy making new connections care about candidate experience and well-organized processes
- Youre someone who likes learning-by-doing - well support you promise ;)
