Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Check Specialist for medical reports to ensure that all medical documentation meets the highest standards of accuracy completeness and compliance with relevant healthcare regulations. This role requires reviewing medical records verifying patient information and ensuring adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and Verify Reports: Conduct thorough reviews of medical reports ensuring accurate patient information diagnosis treatment details and adherence to clinical guidelines.
- Error Detection: Identify and correct errors in medical reports including inconsistencies omissions and formatting issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals (doctors nurses administrators) to clarify ambiguities and correct report discrepancies.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance procedures for continuous improvement in the quality of medical reports.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of quality checks and revisions to track progress and identify recurring issues.
- Reporting: Provide feedback and reports to management regarding common issues trends and opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor s degree under Science Stream.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in medical report quality assurance or a similar role within the healthcare industry.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and classification systems.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and report management tools.
