Online Sales Executive Food Industry

Job Overview:

An Online Sales Executive in the food industry is responsible for increasing sales through digital platforms managing online orders and ensuring excellent customer service. This role involves handling e-commerce sales promoting dry fruits Nuts and Spices through social media and digital marketing and coordinating with delivery partners to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Online Sales & Customer Engagement:
Respond to customer inquiries via chat email and social media.
Promote food products and special offers to increase online sales.
Assist customers in placing orders and resolving any issues.
2. E-commerce & Digital Marketing Support:
Manage and update product listings on our website IndiaMART Amazon Flipkart jiomart and e-commerce platforms.
Work with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and discounts.
Monitor online reviews and engage with customers for feedback.
3. Order Processing & Coordination:
Ensure timely order processing and accurate deliveries.

Handle customer complaints related to order delays quality or refunds.
4. Sales Growth & Strategy:
Identify new online sales opportunities and new trends.
Analyze competitor pricing and customer preferences to improve sales.
Implement strategies to boost repeat customers and increase brand loyalty.
5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Maintain a database of customers and track sales performance.
Engage with customers post-purchase for feedback and repeat business.
Offer personalized recommendations and exclusive deals to loyal customers.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Hospitality or a related field.
Experience in online sales or e-commerce platforms.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotions.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
