Job Description

Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Managing Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets within the garment and sweater sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
  • Identify qualify and pursue new corporate clients (e.g. MBOs Quick Commerce hospitals schools white labels) for garment and sweater orders.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Attend industry events trade shows and networking functions to generate leads.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key corporate clients.
  • Understand client needs and preferences to tailor product offerings accordingly.
  • Provide excellent customer service including timely order fulfilment and resolving client inquiries.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
Sales & Order Management:
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Accurately track sales orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Product Knowledge:
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our product range including garments (dresses frocks vest nappy etc) and sweaters (cardigan pullover vest caps mittens etc).
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in corporate sales preferably within the garment or textile industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
