Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent. End to end recruitment.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

- Oversee performance management systems and conduct evaluations.
- Facilitate employee training and professional development programs.
- Address employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Master s degree or HR certification preferred.
- 3 years of experience in human resources or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment legislation.
- Experience with performance management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
- Experience in employee training and development.
