Location: Pune Maharashtra / Bangalore Karnataka

Role Overview:
We are seeking an Environmental and Carbon Head to lead ESG business development and provide strategic sustainability consulting. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in B2B sales carbon accounting ESG frameworks and sustainability compliance (BRSR GRI CDP TCFD GHG Protocol SBTi).
Key Responsibilities:
Drive B2B sales & consulting in ESG carbon accounting & sustainability solutions
Advise clients on ESG audits decarbonization & sustainability reporting
Conduct carbon footprint assessments & climate risk evaluations
Engage with corporates investors & regulatory bodies for ESG adoption
Stay updated on carbon markets ESG regulations & sustainability finance trends
Qualifications & Skills:
7-10 years in B2B sales ESG consulting or sustainability advisory
Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks (BRSR GRI CDP TCFD) carbon accounting (GHG Protocol SBTi)
Proven ability to close enterprise deals & provide ESG strategic advisory
Strong expertise in carbon footprint analysis & sustainability compliance
Strong expertise in carbon footprint analysis & sustainability compliance
MBA MSc or certification in ESG Climate Finance Sustainability or Environmental Science preferred
