Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team in Pune. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent MBA (Marketing) graduate to gain hands-on experience in real-world marketing activities and contribute to ongoing campaigns and strategic initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline)

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Support the creation of marketing content including presentations brochures and social media posts

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for marketing events and activities

Manage and update company databases and CRM tools

Monitor marketing metrics and prepare regular performance reports

Provide support in lead generation email campaigns and digital outreach

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
Ideal Candidate Profile:

MBA in Marketing

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and branding

Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva or design tools is a plus

Ability to multitask work independently and meet deadlines
