Now with a new U.S. warehouse launching in Dallas they re hiring a local Sales Manager to drive commercial operations expand client relationships and grow market share across America.
What You ll Do
> Sales Strategy & Execution Design and implement U.S. sales plans aligned with market realities to unlock growth.
> Pricing & Positioning Craft customer development plans and product pricing strategies that boost competitiveness.
> Customer Growth Build strong B2B client relationships online and offline. Expand accounts and ensure longterm success.
> Market Insight Stay ahead of U.S. industry trends uncover customer needs and recommend product/service improvements.
> Marketing Support Coordinate campaigns to increase brand visibility and unlock sales opportunities.
> Industry Engagement Attend trade shows forums and industry events to stay visible and grow your network.
> Local Team Development Recruit train and lead a small but agile local team including managing warehouse operations.
Requirements
What You ll Bring
5 years of experience in the mobile phone parts or smart hardware industry.
Handson exposure to the repair ecosystem (distributors repair shops chain store management a plus).
Strong knowledge of Dallas and U.S. consumer electronics markets.
Proven success in sales planning customer acquisition and relationship management.
Experience building and leading small teams.
Fluent English for commercial discussions and internal collaboration.
Proactive entrepreneurial and operationally sharp youre not just a seller you re a market launcher.
