The schedule for the open position varies based on the needs of the client. Your interviewer will let you know which shift they are hoping to hire for. The shifts we have available are as
follows:
Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm
Monday to Friday 10 am to 7 pm
Tuesday to Saturday 9 am to 6 pm
Tuesday to Saturday 10 am to 7 pm
The client is a pest control company servicing multiple states. They receive leads through online forms and text messages. Their primary service is handling various bug infestations. A team of sales agents closes qualified leads after initial qualification.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls
Make outbound calls
Respond to customer inquiries reschedule appointments and transfer calls to appropriate departments
Assist technicians with questions
Meet company standards for call quality and performance
Requirements
Enthusiastic personable and punctual
Coachable and applies feedback for improvement
Remote work experience
Strong conversational English and communication skills
Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
Reliable internet connection
Backup power option in case of outages (preferred but not required)

Laptop or desktop computer
Headphones with a working microphone (wired preferred)
