What Youll be Doing:
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient with computer software (Microsoft Excel Word Outlook Teams Windows environment).
Experience in Customer Service or in a Customer Solutions environment preferred.
Ability to read write and perform basic math skills such as counting addition subtraction multiplication and division.
D365 knowledge is a plus.
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Post-high school education is preferred.
