Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer who is passionate about electronics embedded systems and customer support. This role is ideal for someone who wants to explore the intersection of IoT hardware diagnostics and client servicing.

The selected candidate will be a key part of our customer experience team providing support for SIM activations troubleshooting GPS and VTS devices testing electronic hardware and ensuring client satisfaction through technical excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle SIM card activations renewals and associated documentation.

  • Provide inbound and remote technical support to clients for IoT/GPS/VTS devices.

  • Log track and resolve customer complaints and maintain accurate service records.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues related to microcontrollerbased embedded systems.

  • Collaborate with internal hardware software and product teams to resolve escalated issues.

  • Perform devicelevel testing configuration firmware flashing and diagnostics.

  • Document common issues troubleshooting steps and technical resolutions for internal reference.

  • Manage inventory and stock records of VTS devices and support accessories.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of product specifications communication protocols and integration challenges.

  • Visit client sites (if required) for device installation support and advanced diagnostics.

  • Support technical onboarding and training of new team members or interns.

  • Participate in technical meetings with sales or development teams for new rollouts or upgrades.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) mandatory.

  • 1 3 years of technical support or embedded systems experience.

  • Excellent knowledge of electronics fundamentals circuit design sensor behavior PCB structure etc.

  • Handson experience with microcontrollers: AVR ESP32 STM32 preferred.

  • Sound knowledge of communication protocols: I2C UART RS485 SPI.

  • Proficient in MS Excel data logging report preparation and device tracking.

  • Experience in IoT device setup firmware installation and troubleshooting.

  • Strong command over English and Hindi both verbal and written communication.

  • Knowledge of vehicle tracking systems (VTS) is an added advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal skills team collaboration and the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users.

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.


Desirable/Preferred Skills

  • Certification in Embedded Systems or IoT (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Experience in working with IoT platforms or GPS tracking software.

  • Ability to write simple scripts or use terminal commands for device flashing or debugging.

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems CRM tools or customer support software.

  • Prior experience in customer support roles involving electronics or GPSbased systems.

  • Exposure to working with RF modules GSM/GPRS technologies and power supply issues.

Job Location & Work Hours

  • Office Location: Connaught Place New Delhi

  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays off)

  • Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
