Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and detailoriented Account Representative to join our team in Grand Rapids MI. The Account Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This role is perfect for individuals with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while driving business results.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments
Manage and grow assigned client accounts through regular communication and support
Develop a deep understanding of client goals needs and challenges
Ensure timely resolution of issues and concerns
Prepare account reports and track performance metrics
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Assist with onboarding new clients and presenting service updates
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in account management customer service or sales
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
