Job Description
We are currently seeking a detailoriented and organized Office Clerk to join our growing team in Columbus OH. The Office Clerk will play a vital role in maintaining daytoday administrative operations handling data entry filing document management and supporting various departments as needed.
Responsibilities
Perform general office duties such as filing scanning and copying documents
Enter and update data accurately into internal systems
Handle incoming mail and prepare outgoing correspondence
Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
Maintain organized records and ensure easy retrieval of documents
Support team members and departments with clerical tasks
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
Maintain office supply inventory and order supplies when needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in an office or administrative role is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
Good verbal and written communication skills
Dependable punctual and professional attitude
