Job Summary:
The HR & Onboarding Coordinator serves as a key support role within the People Operations department focusing primarily on delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for new employees while providing administrative support for various HR functions. This role is responsible for ensuring all preemployment screening requirements are completed prior to new hires first day maintaining accurate employee records responding to employee inquiries and supporting the overall efficiency of HR operations.
