If certified bilingual starting salary is $25.50 per hour / $53040 per year.
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team in a dynamic role focused on empowering individuals through employment readiness and career development. This position plays a critical part in guiding participants toward selfsufficiency by delivering wrap around services. This includes facilitating training workshops coordinating learning activities and fostering strong community partnerships. Fosters collaboration with other agencies with a focus on helping participants to prepare for employment that leads to selfsufficiency.
Schedule and conduct workshops webinars. and other classroom activities designed to prepare students for career pathways.
Coordinate online learning activities; assigns appropriate courses related to individual employment plans and goals and monitors progress
Administer Pre/Posttest assessments per curriculum and course certification documented in various case management systems.
Collaborate with area businesses advisory groups and agencies to encourage the further development of schooltowork opportunities.
Prescreen potential participants for program eligibility. Keep accurate tracking/notes regarding participant progress.
Investigate and share ideas regarding postsecondary options and adult services and network with all appropriate community agencies and organizations.
Develop rapport with participants in order to mutually explore career options and interests.
Work with participants individually or in groups to problem solve employment issues.
All other training and training management duties as assigned.
Perform other duties as requested.
