Product Marketing is the bridge between our product engineering organization and our gotomarket teams (customer success brand marketing sales).
Our job is to make the Authenticx platform successful in the market promote adoption and maturity within our client base and serve as the strategic experts when it comes to the market and competitive landscape.
A product marketer at Authenticx champions the product lines they support by defining and managing their endtoend GTM strategy. They work closely with key stakeholders both within the Product Customer Marketing Team and throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a versatile Product Marketing Manager with experience in:
- leading the company through the launch of new products
- developing both strong positioning and compelling messaging
- collaborating with product and other crossfunctional teams
- sales and customer success enablement
- creating high impact content to fuel customer and marketfacing campaigns
- operationalizing product marketing activities to drive successful tangible results

As a Product Marketing Manager at Authenticx you will report to our Senior Manager of Product and Customer Marketing and be responsible for the following:
- Understanding the platform and the products you support as a subject matter expert
- Staying up to speed on the current market and industry news
- Creating compelling roadmap messaging product demo paths for customer presentations sales presentations events and analyst briefings
- Defining and managing endtoend gotomarket (GTM) strategy for your product: potentially including messaging positioning launch planning sales enablement competitive and market intelligence and customer adoption
- Building product marketing programs and frameworks to promote the Authenticx vision platform and services internally and externally and drive organizational excellence
- Developing insights based on product usage data voice of customer campaign effectiveness and industry trends and translating those insights into actionable recommendations that promote business objectives and drive tangible results
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Relevant undergraduate degree or other formal education or certification
- 4 years experience in product marketing for enterprise B2B SaaS technology products and services
- Passionate about contributing to earlygrowth stage companies success
- Experience crafting compelling valuedriven product messaging and positioning
- Technical competence (knowing the technical ins and outs of how their product works)
- Great at simplifying complex technical requirements into concise messaging that resonates with core persona
- Exhibits customer empathy and puts the customer first in everything they do
- High drive and high ownership and accountability to team KPIs
- Strong skills in communication presenting writing and ability to work well crossfunctionally.
- Proven track record in performing well in a fastpaced environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively.
- PLUS: experience in healthcare technology
- PLUS: Experience marketing AI software or platforms and/or technical platforms to midmarket and enterprisesize businesses

What We Offer
- This is a remotefirst position.
- Local team members come into the office approximately 12x per week. This is flexible.
- Remote team members come to the office approximately 24x per year based on training corporate events or other business needs.
