- Respond to support requests via phone email and in person; log and track issues using the ticketing system.
- Performs remote troubleshooting through thoughtful questioning and diagnostic techniques.
- Set up and take down workstations and install configure secure and update Windows OS and related applications.
- Provides orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
- Coordinate system upgrades and maintenance to minimize workflow disruptions.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED equivalent and proven experience as a help desk technician or other computer support role.
- Working knowledge of PC hardware and troubleshooting Windows 10 OPS Microsoft server Office products Microsoft 365 Suite Group Policy Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and Windows update.
- Good understanding of computer systems mobile devices and other tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Excellent communication and strong organizational skills.
- Customeroriented and cooltempered.
