Job Description
Are you passionate about building impactful software products At MedTrainer we are looking for an Associate Product Manager with handson experience working on SaaS product development teams. This is a product ownership role not a project coordination or marketing position.
As an Associate Product Manager you will participate in the discovery definition and delivery of new features and improvements within our platform. Youll work closely with Product Designers Engineers and other stakeholders to ensure that our product decisions are driven by user needs aligned with business strategy and technically feasible.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support discovery efforts by identifying user needs and pain points through qualitative and quantitative research.
- Clearly define user problems and collaborate with design and engineering teams to shape feasible valuable solutions.
- Validate requirements early with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Produce comprehensive documentation including wellstructured Product Requirements Documents with actionable testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate in solution reviews and define acceptance criteria and test plans with engineering.
- Assist with rollout preparation including documentation updates internal training and communication to business teams.
- Coordinate postrelease activities including production testing and release notes for internal users.
- Practice continuous discovery to validate whether launched products are delivering value uncover new opportunities and proactively identify what to tackle next.
- Maintain a wellprioritized and groomed backlog using prioritization frameworks to drive value and alignment.
Qualifications :
- 35 years of experience in a product management or Product Owner role within a software development environment (preferably SaaS).
- Demonstrated ability to define software requirements and work closely with crossfunctional teams.
- Strong experience collaborating with software engineers and product designers.
- Proficient in agile/scrum methodologies and familiar with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience participating in discovery prototyping testing and measuring product outcomes.
- Proven ability to write wellscoped testable and valuable user stories.
- Experience managing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders and balancing shortterm needs with longterm vision.
- Customercentric mindset with a passion for solving real problems and delivering measurable value to users.
Skills and Tools
- Familiarity with frameworks like JTBD (JobstobeDone) and datainformed product decisions.
- Proficiency with Google Suite collaboration tools and common SaaS platforms.
- Skilled in roadmap creation backlog management and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear structured documentation.
- Experience in collaborating with remote and globally distributed teams and fostering strong communication to ensure effective teamwork and project success.
- Ability to synthesize feedback from stakeholders into clear action plans.
