Your Career

We are looking for a dynamic enthusiastic Workday expert to drive development and support of Workday modules. You will help bring our Workday capabilities to the next level!

Your Impact

  • Lead the ongoing design and implementation of new Workday functionalityfrom creative enhancements to the rollout of endtoend automation initiatives.
  • Demonstrate a continuous improvement and innovative mindset to identify recommend and improve current systems and processes.
  • Actively manage production support tickets providing responses and resolutions within agreed SLA timelines.
  • Work closely with COE Leads and technical teams to gather requirements recommend and design solutions implement them and ensure user ease of adoption.

Qualifications :

Your Experience 

  • UG/PG Engineering/technical or any relevant qualification or equivalent military experience required 
  • 7 years of experience working on an HRIS team or equivalent in workday
  • 3 years experience with Time Tracking and Absence Management is required
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Sound knowledge of Workday fundamentals including but not limited to: Core HCM Business Process Management and Security
  • Experience with Workday BiAnnual Release Testing is mandatory.
  • Expertise in Core & Advanced Compensation is highly preferred.
  • Ability to execute projects endtoend from design to deployment including stakeholder management
  • Expertise in Core & Advanced Compensation is highly preferred.
  • Skilled at working with crossfunctional/regional teams to understand and address functional and datarelated requirements.
  • Ability to influence the adoption of the optimal approach at all levels and drive the seamless delivery of projects through strong project management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively convey and discuss design rationaleemphasis on thought partnership and collaboration.
  • Solid knowledge of HR systems structure functions and processes including a sound understanding of interdependencies between various systems and downstream impacts.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a global dynamic environment adopting an iterative design processwe move fast listen adapt and quickly incorporate feedback collaborating relentlessly.
