Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Art Director to lead and contribute to the design efforts across our organization. This role is both strategic and handson requiring exceptional art direction leadership and design expertise. The ideal candidate thrives in a fastpaced environment can shift seamlessly between leading a team and executing design work and is passionate about delivering highquality creative that supports diverse business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Leadership: Manage mentor and inspire a team of designers providing creative direction guidance and support throughout all stages of the design process.
- HandsOn Design Work: Regularly contribute to design output especially on highlevel or timesensitive projects ensuring brand consistency and high visual standards.
- Project and Resource Management: Partner with the project manager to evaluate project needs and assign the right designers to the right tasks ensuring efficient use of team resources.
- CrossFunctional Communication: Maintain clear proactive communication with internal stakeholders brand and multimedia teams and external vendors/partners.
- Quality Control: Review all creative outputs to ensure accuracy consistency and adherence to brand guidelines before assets are released.
- Problem Solving: Serve as a strategic problem solver for creative challenges offering solutions that are visually compelling and strategically sound.
- Support for Brand & Multimedia: Collaborate regularly with the brand and multimedia teams to ensure alignment across all channels and campaigns.
**Portfolio required
Qualifications :
- 8 years of professional experience in design including 4 years in a leadership role (Art Director Creative Director or similar)
- Proven ability to lead and manage a creative team while also executing highlevel design work when needed
- A wellrounded designer with the versatility to work across a range of business units and project types (Resort Casino F&B Entertainment etc.)
- Proficient in the full Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc.)
- Strong experience in both digital (web email social) and print (signage packaging environmental graphics) design workflows
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both creative and noncreative teams
- Strong time management and organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail and quality
Preferred Qualifications
- 3D design experience (Blender Cinema 4D or similar)
- Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint Keynote)
- Illustration skills (traditional and/or digital)
