Job Description

Join us in delivering responsive highquality staffing solutions that support aged and community care providers by: 

  1. Operational Delivery:
    Managing the daytoday coordination of agency staff placements across aged care and community care clients in Sydney ensuring high shift fulfilment rates and consistent service delivery.

  2. Client Relationship Management:
    Acting as the primary point of contact for client facilities maintaining strong professional relationships and responding promptly to staffing needs service reviews and escalations.

  3. Team Leadership:
    Leading a responsive highperforming team with a focus on customer service and efficiency.

    Performance Metrics:

  • Timely and accurate staff placements to meet client demand.

  • Positive client feedback on service quality and responsiveness.

  • High levels of staff reliability retention and engagement.

  • Effective and timely management of incidents and complaints.

  • Adherence to internal processes compliance requirements and documentation standards.

  • Identifying opportunities for service expansion and growth through strong client relationships.

The role is pivotal in ensuring our nursing agency is a trusted and reliable partner for aged and community care providers across Sydney.

This is a fulltime role based in Sydney with a flexible hybrid work model work from home up to 2 days per week.

Lets talk about you!

Our ideal candidate will be someone who brings the following qualifications experience and personal attributes to the role:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification.

  • Experience in customer service call centres or staffing/workforce solutions.

  • Previous work in a nursing agency or aged care staffing environment.

  • Knowledge of aged care regulations and healthcare shift entitlements.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a fastpaced workload.

  • A current Drivers Licence and willingness to visit client sites.

  • Required checks: National Police Check vaccinations Working with Children Check (if applicable).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
