Job Description

  • Lead regional activation of national GTM sprints ensuring execution aligns with local market dynamics and broker needs.
  • Engage directly with brokers and frontline sales teams to deliver support and adapt gotomarket initiatives.
  • Act as the conduit between national GTM strategy and local execution sharing realtime feedback and identifying regional opportunities or challenges.
  • Partner with State Sales Leaders to support seamless handover from GTM sprint completion to businessasusual sales management.
  • Ensure consistent messaging tools and change management across local stakeholders.
  • Track and report on key sprint KPIs and adoption outcomes at the regional level.
  • This is a fieldbased role with significant travel expected.
  • The successful candidate should anticipate traveling up to 50% of the time including broker visits inperson meetings and onsite support during key rollout periods.
  • Flexibility is essential with a mix of remote inoffice and ontheroad work required.

Qualifications :

  • 5 years of experience in sales enablement GTM field operations or broker engagement within financial services or fintech.
  • Proven experience in managing infield activations and brokercentric initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement communication and change management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive outcomes in a highly agile environment.
  • Comfortable working crossfunctionally with product marketing and sales teams.
