About the Role
As the Lead Learning Design you will be the chief architect behind Asude s transformative learning experiences. You will spearhead design across our three Labs Systems Play and Culture bringing a humancentered purposedriven approach to education in both formal and informal environments. Your work will shape how learners interact with content that is experiential reflective joyful and rooted in India s diverse cultural contexts.
About the Labs
Systems Lab: Designs scalable learning interventions for public and private systems including schools skilling institutions and industries. It focuses on integrating education with industry.
Play Lab: Uses the power of games simulations and playful pedagogy to create engaging and reflective learning tools.
Culture Lab: Anchors learning in Indias rich cultural heritage by designing programs with museums libraries and public spaces.
Key Responsibilities - Lead the full 5D Design Cycle (Discover Define Design Develop Disseminate) for learning programs across the Systems Play and Culture Labs.
- Design reflective identitycentered learning experiences anchored in Asude s Purpose Discovery Framework blending agency selfawareness and cultural connection.
- Cocreate contextspecific interventions with Lab teams for diverse environments including government systems private institutions cultural spaces and workplaces.
- Prototype and test learning tools curricula and simulations that integrate playbased methods cultural grounding and contextual relevance.
- Apply constructivist and experiential learning theories to ensure deep meaningful and engaging learning experiences.
- Collaborate with researchers and evaluators to measure learning impact and iterate based on evidence and feedback.
- Design and develop toolkits workbooks curriculum modules and digital learning platforms to support implementation and scale.
- Facilitate capacitybuilding workshops and training sessions for educators facilitators and institutional partners to effectively deliver learning experiences.
Requirements
- 5 years in designing learning solutions across schools edtechs museums or public systems
- Master s degree in any field.
- Prior experience with Familiarity with design thinking constructivist learning theory playbased learning and cultural pedagogy.

- Experience designing for varied age groups and institutional contexts.
- Strong visual aesthetic and learning design sensibility.
