Card Techs Associate Experience & Culture team is looking for a passionate energetic creative and strategic Associate Experience Lead to shape and lead experience and engagement efforts for our Card Tech teams. In this role youll empower and inspire associates throughout the organization via relevant engagement strategies and events thoughtful communications impactful hybrid connection and purposeful recognition programs to empower a thriving tech organization.
The Associate Experience & Culture team is looking for a candidate with a passion for engaging and empowering associates that has a keen eye for well crafted communications that make impact and has strong program and process management skills who can identify strategic areas of opportunity for our organization and turn those ideas into reality. The ideal candidate will be the beacon of how our culture and values manifest in words actions and attitude and have a proven ability to: understand the customer (the associates) and their needs develop endto end strategies and roadmaps for initiatives partner closely with stakeholders and senior leaders to influence and ensure buyin manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fastpaced environment create inspirational communications and materials and passionately deliver highimpact large scale efforts that enhance the associate experience. Responsibilities:
Build and drive engagement and recognition strategy including developing and leading focused initiatives formal programs and identifying new and fresh ways to elevate the associates experience and engagement
Support and influence the organization to cohesively communicate in relevant modalities and venues and own various communication channels including Slack and email to inspire include and engage employees.
Lead the execution of organization wide events and leader engagements with a white glove approach and partner with key stakeholders and support to ensure highest impact and engagement
Manage key partnerships including interacting and communicating with stakeholders across all levels and in multiple organizations to inform and influence outcomes
Confidently lead and drive work forward with the ability to problem solve and pivot in real time providing clear recommendations and updates in an everchanging environment
Lead a highly engaged and motivated team to focus on the highest leverage opportunities as part of the experience strategy that will deliver the most impact to the associates and organization.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
At least 5 years of employee engagement people strategy event planning (virtual or in person)
At least 5 years of project process or change management
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Organizational Behavior I/O Psychology or Human Resources
3 years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
3 years People Leadership experience
3 years of experience with executivelevel clients OR with HR communications
Experience working effectively with multiple constituents including peers executive management senior management
2 years of experience in an information technology environment or supporting Technology professionals

The minimum and maximum fulltime annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for parttime roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean VA: $170800 $194900 for Sr Manager Project ManagementCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
