The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)is looking for a FirstLine Manufacturing Manager(Fabrication) to support the Emergent Operations Team based out ofAuburn Washington on 2nd shift.
As a member of the Leadership team you will continuously lead and develop Manufacturing Teams. A successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and coaching skills that will further enable our business unit to embrace and elevate a One BPS culture driving a deep understanding of the One BPS principles standards production health and problemsolving model.

Position Responsibilities:
Leads employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing subject areas.
Develops and implements business plans policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.
Acquires resources provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers peers partners and direct reports.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes.
Leads develops and motivates employees.
This position is expected to be 100% selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Auburn Washington.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3 years of experience in Aerospace Fabrication or manufacturing environment
1 years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role.
1 years of experience with continuous process improvement initiatives.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office ()
Ability to work variable shifts including weekends and overtime.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1 years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or One Boeing Production System (One BPS)
1 years of experience managing Key Performance Indicators within Safety Quality Delivery Cost and Manufacturing data
1 years of experience communicating to employees customers peers and all levels of leadership
