Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing dressing and grooming.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize EMR and EHR systems for accurate medical documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient service and care.
- Support patients with developmental disabilities Alzheimers or memory care needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Proficient in basic life support and patient care
- Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation including EMR and EHR systems
- Experience in longterm care assisted living or hospital settings
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities and Alzheimers care
