About the Role:

As an IT Apprentice at Cairn Group youll be an important part of our team helping to keep our systems running smoothly and our people connected.

From assisting with hardware installations to resolving everyday tech queries youll deliver firstclass support that keeps our fastpaced hospitality business moving.

Youll take pride in providing friendly helpful service to colleagues maintaining high standards in everything from issue tracking to documentation and working across departments to support technology rollouts.

Whether its configuring a laptop helping with a WiFi issue or rolling out new software your enthusiasm and commitment to learning will help us deliver bestinclass service across our venues.

• Great Communicator You enjoy helping people and can explain tech in a way that makes sense.
• Eager to Learn Youre curious proactive and excited to build new skills on the job.
• Organised and Reliable You manage your time well and complete tasks with accuracy.
• Mobile and Motivated Youre open to visiting sites when needed and ideally have access to transport or are working towards a driving licence.
• Ready to Grow Youve got GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above and want to build a career in IT.
