Job Description
Monadnock Family Services (MFS) is seeking a Bus Driver/Transportation Supervisor to join the Monadnock Adult Care Center (MACC) Team in Jaffrey NH. This role will be responsible for supervision and the management of the MACC transportation program and will provide supervision to all drivers assure drivers are in compliance with DOT regulations and coordinate maintenance of MACC transportation fleet. Additional responsibilities will include working collaboratively with MACC personnel to coordinate daily bus schedule and assisting the MACC administrator with the day to day management and service delivery of program.
- Registered as a Medicaid approved driver
- Performs a variety of duties in handling and organizing transportation including but not limited to fueling and cleaning the bus daily pretrip checks identifying and reporting any issues affecting potential vehicle performance and safety risks
- Using excellent customer service and interpersonal skills that establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees officials consumers and all members of the general public
- Assist consumers as needed and outlined on transport care plan
- Prepares and submits daily written transportation documentation that includes information necessary for Medicaid or other forms of reimbursement
- Follows all safety precautions and adheres to all mandatory rules and regulations
- Maintains current NH drivers license has good driving record and agency required auto insurance
