Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and detailoriented Butler to join our luxury hospitality team in Phnom Penh Cambodia. As a Butler you will be responsible for providing exceptional personalized service to our esteemed guests ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Anticipate and fulfill guests needs with the utmost attention to detail and discretion
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of guest services including unpacking/packing laundry and special requests
- Manage guest itineraries make reservations and arrange transportation as needed
- Serve meals and beverages including inroom dining experiences
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and organization of guest suites
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Uphold the highest standards of etiquette and protocol at all times
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the guest experience and exceed expectations
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Butler in a luxury hospitality setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customerfocused mindset
- Degree from a School for Tourism & Hotel Management preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a significant asset
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
- Indepth knowledge of etiquette protocol and international customs
- Culinary knowledge and wine expertise
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Flexibility to work varied hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle multiple tasks
- Impeccable grooming and professional presentation
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Knowledge of Cambodian culture and customs is highly advantageous
