Job Description
Maintenance Technician
Butler Ridge Apartments Reisterstown MD
Westview Commons Apartments Woodlawn MD
WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support two of our thriving residential this role youll be responsible for maintaining property functionality safety and appearancewhile delivering exceptional service to residents.
EPA Universal HVAC Certification is required
(or must be obtained within 8 months of hire)
Schedule
MondayFriday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Participation in a rotating on-call schedule (evenings weekends holidays) is required
Compensation & Perks
Starting at $22-$26/hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to maintenance service requests
Perform preventative maintenance tasks
Prepare apartments for new residents (turnovers)
Maintain property appearance and curb appeal
Assist with snow removal and seasonal duties
Technical Duties
HVAC troubleshooting repair and maintenance
Electrical repairs (fixtures outlets switches)
Plumbing repairs (sinks toilets drains)
Drywall hanging patching and sanding
Appliance diagnostics and repair
Interior painting (apartments and common areas)
Grounds upkeep and general safety monitoring
Qualifications
35 years of experience in site maintenance
High school diploma or equivalent
EPA Universal HVAC Certification (or ability to obtain within 8 months)
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (travel between sites required)
Ability to lift up to 85 lbs and work on ladders/heights
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Must be available for emergency on-call rotation
