Job Description
- To ensure consistency and highest quality in all culinary deliveries maintaining the financial performance indicators in line with the budget.
- Actively lead and supervise kitchen operations fostering a handson approach to food preparation presentation and execution.
- To regularly adapt and revisit the menus based on sales mix demands special promotion(s) and product availability.
- To interact closely with the Catering Sales team to assist in menu proposal.
- To follow and ensure that staff comply with HACCP guidelines.
Qualifications :
- Exceptional leadership skills including motivation and goalsetting.
- Advanced culinary skills and knowledge of classic food safety protocols and food waste reduction program.
- Able to lead and develop his/her to the standards set by the hotel.
- Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities.
