The Role

The purpose of the role is to work with clients and influencers in order to drive creative innovative and effective talentled campaigns & to provide support and assistance in managing the clients proposals and to keep day to day activities running smoothly.

Main Areas of Responsibility & Accountability

Coordinates invoicing and payment process. Responsible for inputting jobs onto Paprika and regularly updating.

Supports Manager in delivering outstanding client service through management of key projects

Works with wider team to challenge client briefs ensuring KPIs are achievable

Collaborates with team to implement campaigns from conception to completion

Responsible for influencer outreach and multiple campaign communications

Builds trusted relationships with clients agencies and influencer partners.

Delivers excellent execution of full campaigns

Knows how to use and utilise all relevant tools

Responsible for building and upkeep of case study library tracker and other team resources

Knowledge & Skills

Awareness of latest market developments and trends

Managing creative content RFP processes

Broad understanding of all tools systems and processes needed to operate at level

Strong service ethic

Positive and enthusiastic outlook

Experience & Qualifications

Media industry experience

Experience of working in teams delivering client needs

Influencer campaign experience

Project management experience
