Account Executive VA & Private Sales (PCS)
Pay:$65000 base bonus plan
Schedule:MondayFriday 8 AM5 PM (occasional weekend events approx. 1%)

We are seeking an Account Executive VA & Private Sales (PCS)to join our this role you will focus on growing VA and private pay services while building strong community relationships to support our mission of delivering the right care at the right time in the right place.

What Youll Do as an Account Executive VA & Private Sales (PCS):
Focus on VA and private pay business development driving new referrals and admissions.
Build and strengthen relationships with VA offices physicians hospitals Skilled Nursing Facilities Assisted Living Facilities and other community stakeholders.
Identify and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory consistently meeting sales objectives.
Conduct community events and outreach to raise awareness of services.
Act as a liaison between Elara Caring and referral partners to ensure timely communication and excellent service.
Provide feedback on market trends and competitive activity.
Support patient admissions through collaboration with internal teams.
Submit and execute quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with defined actions and results.
Requirements:
3 years of sales experience with at least 1 year in healthcare or home health strongly preferred.
VA and/or private pay sales experience highly preferred.
Strong communication presentation and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Must have reliable transportation valid drivers license and insurance.
Bilingual skills a plus.
