This role is ideal for individuals eager to engage in highimpact clientfacing work develop a deep understanding of sales strategy and grow within a dynamic and innovative environment. You will be at the forefront of driving results for clients by managing outreach campaigns qualifying leads and delivering tailored prospect engagement.

What will you do
Manage responses from outreach campaigns handle followups and drive qualified leads through the sales funnel
Qualify inbound leads and schedule highquality meetings with key prospects
Execute personalized prospecting via email LinkedIn and cold calls when needed
Maintain uptodate CRM records to reflect all interactions and sales progress
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to refine campaign messaging and increase conversion rates
Candidate profile
Previous clientfacing experience in sales customer service consulting hospitality call centers or similar (internships included)
Strong proficiency in German (minimum C1 level)
Fluent written and spoken English
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Selfdriven with strong time management and initiative
Resilient and goaloriented with a proactive mindset
Comfortable operating in a dynamic evolving environment
