This position plays an important technical support role in fronting customer engagements; you will lead direct interactions with stakeholders to confirm and recommend networking solutions to ensure user requirements are understood and appropriately translated into infrastructure requirements.
This role leads highlevel Network Security Technical Design for SNS and business projects translating customer needs into infrastructure requirements. It involves design input technical support data analysis and documentation review. Acting as a key technical contact the role ensures customer outcomes are met and collaborates with stakeholders to maintain compliance with networking standards.
