Job Description
Delivery Manager opportunityat a leadingFinancial Services Company toembed AI solutions within their Agile delivery teams to revolutionise their delivery capability.
These teams work across 34 platforms within their Business and Consumer Bank.
The role will have 4 dedicated Agile teams each comprising of 4 crossfunctional members particularly: Software Engineers Technical Business Analysts and Product Owners.
A key part of the role will be working closely with these crossfunctional teams to prioritise product backlogs facilitate collaboration and drive the delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Environment Planning & Coordination
- Define the roadmap and sprint goals for the accelerator initiative
- Work with architects and infrastructure teams to design scalable repeatable test environments
- Align environment provisioning with product and sprint timelines
- Agile Delivery Leadership
- Lead Agile ceremonies (daily standups sprint planning retros)
- Manage delivery of backlog items related to test environment improvements
- Work closely with Product Owner and Scrum Teams to prioritize features and technical enablers
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Experience running scrum of scrums
- Building relationships and bringing people together this is especially important when working with up to 15 engineering teams on a daily basis
- Process Automation & Optimization
- Champion automation of environment setup (e.g. InfrastructureasCode CI/CD integration)
- Identify and implement ways to reduce environment downtime and setup time
- Promote selfservice models for environment provisioning where possible
- Issue & Risk Management
- Proactively manage environmentrelated risks including dependencies and delays
- Facilitate quick resolution of incidents or configuration issues impacting test cycles
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
- Ensure all environments are welldocumented (configs access dependencies data)
- Build and maintain wikis runbooks and environment usage guidelines
- Continuous Improvement
- Gather feedback from end users (testers developers) and incorporate into delivery plans
- Measure success through metrics like environment uptime provisioning time and user satisfaction

Essential experience:
- 5 years of endtoend software implementation Project Management
- Proven experience managing AI projects ideally involving AWS GCP cloud AI SDLC enablement MLOps
- Engineering background with a solid understanding of SDLC
- Strong leadership demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity drive clarity and make decisive decisions in complex situations
- Exceptional communication negotiation and influencing abilities with proficiency in managing risks and issues
