Job Description
Position Summary:
Assist Building Facilities Manager by performing a variety of tasks keeping the building and grounds clean and orderly.
Hours: Part Time / Temporary Summer Associate
Roles and Responsibilities/ Essential Functions:
- Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Clean building floors by sweeping mopping scrubbing or vacuuming.
- Lawn Care and maintenance at times using power equipment.
- Gather and empty trash.
- Mix water and detergents to prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications.
- Move heavy furniture equipment or supplies either manually or by using hand trucks.
- Painting interior and exterior areas of the facility
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills Education and/ or Certifications required:
- Education: Current High School Enrollment
- Education: High School Diploma (preferred)
- Experience: One year prior work experience in any field or industry
Preferred Skills Education and/ or Certifications required:
- One year of previous lawncare painting or cleaning experience (preferred)
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite(Word Excel Teams Outlook)
