Description

Position Summary:

Assist Building Facilities Manager by performing a variety of tasks keeping the building and grounds clean and orderly.


Hours: Part Time / Temporary Summer Associate


Roles and Responsibilities/ Essential Functions:

  • Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
  • Clean building floors by sweeping mopping scrubbing or vacuuming.
  • Lawn Care and maintenance at times using power equipment.
  • Gather and empty trash.
  • Mix water and detergents to prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications.
  • Move heavy furniture equipment or supplies either manually or by using hand trucks.
  • Painting interior and exterior areas of the facility
  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements

Required Skills Education and/ or Certifications required:

  • Education: Current High School Enrollment
  • Education: High School Diploma (preferred)
  • Experience: One year prior work experience in any field or industry

Preferred Skills Education and/ or Certifications required:

  • One year of previous lawncare painting or cleaning experience (preferred)
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite(Word Excel Teams Outlook)
