A Brief Overview

Accountable for greeting and providing helpful direction to internal and external customers including patients and families.

What you will do

  • Highly visible as the person responsible for greeting patients families visitors and other customer groups.
  • Serves as an information resource and is the navigator for patients families staff and the community.
  • Promotes services within the facility and/or department collaborating with the appropriate departments to ensure that information is current and up to date.
  • Provides technology support by assisting with technology needs room scheduling equipment needs room setup and tear down as needed.
  • Seeks to identify trends of inquiry and make recommendations regarding gaps of service and ideas for process improvement.

Essential Qualifications

The individual must be able to work the hours specified. To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily including having visual acuity adequate to perform position duties and the ability to communicate effectively with others hear understand and distinguish speech and other sounds. These requirements and those listed above are representative of the knowledge skills and abilities required to perform the essential job functions. Required Education License/Certification or Work Experience:

  • High School or GED Equivalent
  • 13 years experience in health care program administration hospitality or customer service industry

Preferred Education License/Certification or Work Experience:

  • Bachelors
