A Brief OverviewAccountable for greeting and providing helpful direction to internal and external customers including patients and families.
What you will do
- Highly visible as the person responsible for greeting patients families visitors and other customer groups.
- Serves as an information resource and is the navigator for patients families staff and the community.
- Promotes services within the facility and/or department collaborating with the appropriate departments to ensure that information is current and up to date.
- Provides technology support by assisting with technology needs room scheduling equipment needs room setup and tear down as needed.
- Seeks to identify trends of inquiry and make recommendations regarding gaps of service and ideas for process improvement.

Required Education License/Certification or Work Experience:
- High School or GED Equivalent
- 13 years experience in health care program administration hospitality or customer service industry
Preferred Education License/Certification or Work Experience:
