Food Services Cafeteria Assistant Manager
Description of Duties:

- Assists Manager A in the operation of the high school kitchen.
- Supervises and participates in the cooking and preparation of a wide variety of food items including main dishes baked goods sandwiches and salads; and service of a wide variety of food items and a la carte offerings.
- Responsible for the preparation and supervision of all food served.
- Supervision of cafeteria workers to ensure standards of cleanliness health and safety.
- Maintain accurate food production and inventory records.
- Eligible to participate in professional development classes when offered.
Salary:As per the Food Services contract.
