FullCharge Bookkeeper / Tax Preparer
Central Marin Hybrid role in San Rafael CA
Compensation: Base salary $110000$130000

Key Responsibilities:
Handle fullcycle bookkeeping including accounts receivable accounts payable deposits and reconciliations.
Oversee monthly and annual closings and create journal entries.
Maintain accurate vendor information and ensure prompt disbursement processing.
Prepare financial statements for several clients.
Support tax preparation for individuals corporations and partnerships.
Execute tasks as instructed by management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with QuickBooks and tax preparation software.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experience with Lacerte tax software is preferred.
Enrolled Agent (EA) designation is advantageous.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Teamoriented with the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
