Job Description

Join Our Team as a Housekeeping Supervisorat theTru by Hilton Burlington!

At Parks Hospitality Group we are looking for a motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to assist the Executive Housekeeper. In this role you will supervise housekeeping and laundry operations ensuring that the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are met. You will lead a team of Housekeepers monitor performance and provide training while maintaining operational efficiency.

What Youll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a comfortable and accommodating experience for guests.
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) for the Housekeeping department.
  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper in all duties and act in their capacity when off duty.
  • Supervise and train Room Attendants and Suite Attendants ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet guest demands.
  • Clean and inspect rooms ensuring proper cleaning of surfaces linens and amenities.
  • Monitor and maintain housekeeping cart inventory and stock rooms and linen closets.
  • Report any missing or damaged items and handle lost and found items in accordance with hotel procedures.
  • Collaborate with Guest Services and other departments during peak times and special guest requests.
  • Maintain security by ensuring guest room doors are locked at all times.
  • Provide support to team members ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and timely.

What Youll Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of previous housekeeping experience with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques equipment and safety regulations.
  • Flexibility to work shifts weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Fluency in a second language preferably Spanish is a plus.
