The Financial Crime Surveillance (FCS) team is part of Westpacs Risk Division and is responsible for detecting deterring and fighting financial crime. This role is part of the first line of defence for financial crime related risks such as antimoney laundering sanctions KYC and customer due diligence.
As a Risk Analyst youll play a crucial role in safeguarding our financial ecosystem. Youll handle inbound and outbound calls supporting internal stakeholders and customers in managing requests for information from the bank. You will receive and manage cases assigned by managers tackling each with a fresh perspective.
This a maxterm contract opportunity for 12 months working hours are between 8:30am 4:30pm Monday to Friday. You will be based onsite at our Adelaide CBD office during the initial training period then moving to a hybrid arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH.
