Dizzy Bird is vintagediner casual style restaurant the newly opened restaurant is lively & energetic whilst offering delicious wings burgers and other food options! Position Summary:
- Manage all aspects of the food and beverage department tending to the travellers and exceeding their expectations
- Responsible for managing all food and beverage outlets ensuring associates are providing classic and timeless experiences with each customer experience
- Oversee and manage all aspects of banquet operations ensuring the highest level of service and customer satisfaction.
- Be an approachable and confident leader by providing comfort and support to the team
- Ensure the restaurant is consistently prepared and always stocked through ordering and adequate planning
- Lead the food and beverage department with all operational tasks strategies and team building initiativesso associates feel part of the Dizzy Bird Team
- Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the Food and Beverage department
- Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures
- Understand our Dizzy Bird Guest requirements whilst creating a fun & lively experience
- Prepare and conduct department training to enhance overall service quality with the traveller in mind
About You:
- An uptodate RSA
- Relevant experience in a managerial role
- Working rights in Australia
