We are looking for an organized proactive and peoplefocused Office Manager & Employee Experience manager to join our team. In this dualrole position you will ensure smooth daytoday office operations while driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement wellbeing and company culture.

Responsibilities
Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a productive and welcoming work environment.
- Manage relationships with vendors suppliers cleaning and maintenance services.
- Handle office supplies equipment needs shipping and deliveries.
- Coordinate with IT HR and Finance on logistics onboarding needs and space planning.
- Organize company events meetings and inoffice experiences (meals birthdays holiday d cor).
- Serve as the main point of contact for visitors and office inquiries.
- NetSuites day to day operations.
Employee Experience
- Support the planning and of internal engagement activities (e.g. wellness programs teambuilding events recognition initiatives).
- Manage employee onboarding experience in collaboration with HR and team leads.
- Assist in collecting and analyzing feedback to improve the work environment and team satisfaction.
- Coordinate swag gifts milestone celebrations and cultural moments across global teams.
- Champion inclusion belonging and team connectivity both inoffice and virtually.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in office management employee experience or operations roles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace Slack Notion Zoom or similar platforms.
- High attention to detail and a notasktoosmall attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to create a warm fun and professional environment.
