We are seeking a proactive and experienced ER Specialist to join our dynamic team in Berlin. In this pivotal role you will not only provide expert guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters but also take a key role in developing and implementing ER projects and initiatives. If you are passionate about fostering positive employee relations driving fair and consistent practices and helping to navigate our unique landscape with the Works Council this is the role for you.

With each initiative you support youll be building a positive culture that fuels innovation teamwork and a sense of belonging across our global organization.
Provide advice and hands-on support in managing complex employee relations cases including disciplinary grievance performance and long-term sick leave matters ensuring alignment with our policies and German labor law.
Lead and contribute to key ER projects from developing and implementing new policies to driving process improvements that enhance our ER framework.
Partner with People Partners and business leaders to provide strategic ER advice and guidance on reorganization restructuring and change management initiatives.
Prepare documentation for and assist in consultations and negotiations with the Works Council particularly on ER-related projects and business decisions fostering a constructive partnership.
Develop and deliver targeted training for leaders and People Partners to improve their ER capabilities and drive better more consistent decisions.
Qualifications :
You have at least 2 years of experience in an Employee Relations HR Business Partner or a similar People-focused role with a solid understanding of German labor law.
You have hands-on experience in managing a variety of ER cases including disciplinary actions grievances and performance management.
You have experience working with a German Works Council; you are skilled in preparing documentation for and assisting in consultation and negotiation processes.
You are a strong communicator and collaborator with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
You bring a creative and structured approach to problem-solving with proven experience in managing HR or ER-related projects.
You are fluent in English; German language skills are a significant advantage for effective collaboration with the Works Council and local stakeholders.
