Job Description
What Youll Do:
Strategic Execution
Collaborate with the CEO and Strategic Planning Committee to translate strategic vision into daytoday execution
Serve as a key leader in driving operational excellence across the firm
Operational Leadership
Refine internal systems and workflows to increase efficiency reduce friction and improve client outcomes
Build implement and track key operating metrics; ensure datadriven decisionmaking at every level
Oversee crossdepartment coordination to ensure seamless brokerage property management and facilities maintenance operations
Team Enablement
Support our people so they can better serve our clients; remove roadblocks clarify roles and instill discipline
Lead with quiet strength grit and humilitysupporting others without seeking the spotlight
Continuous Improvement
Champion a culture of process improvement learning and accountability
Ensure that good enough is never good enoughoptimize iterate and elevate daily without letting the pursuit of perfection slow you down
Operations Manager Qualifications and Background
BA/BS degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Excellent problem solving communication and team building skills
Minimum of 5 years leading multiple departments
Real estate experience is a plus
